UVI's flagship hybrid instrument, Falcon, has evolved even further with version 2. Falcon 2 features 16 oscillators, over 90 effects, 11 modulators, a sequencer, a harmonizer, and numerous advanced script processors. It also boasts refined functionality, over 1,000 preset sounds, 500 wavetables, MPE controller support, and up to 10.2-channel multi-audio support, making it an even more comprehensive synthesizer/sound design tool.

Falcon comes with a factory preset collection of sounds created by some of the world's leading sound designers. These tones can be played as ready-to-play patches, or used as inspiration and foundations for new sound designs. Most of the components in the presets - oscillators, effects, and modulation sequences - are unprotected and can be freely customized or explored.
