CROWN(AMCRON)/XLS1002 is a high-quality, ultra-lightweight power amplifier equipped with the latest DSP. The crossover with three types of filters can be set on the large LCD display with excellent visibility. ＜XLS DriveCore 2 Series＞
This is the next-generation model that inherits the functions of the well-established XLS series. Improvements have been made, including to the appearance, and the DSP processing power and operability have been improved. All models are lightweight, weighing less than 5kg, reducing the burden of transportation and installation.

■DriveCore achieves weight reduction without compromising sound quality
Equipped with ""DriveCore"", a custom IC that integrates functions such as high-precision clock, modulation, error amplification, and feedback, which are the heart of the amplification circuit, into a single chip. Parts have been reduced to the minimum without compromising power or sound quality.
The power supply unit uses a lightweight, highly efficient switching power supply.
All models are lightweight, weighing less than 5kg, and are highly portable.
■Output power beyond its class
Class-D operation efficiently drives even high-load subwoofers.
Equipped with a Peakx limiter, it maximizes output performance while protecting the speakers.
■Filter setting possible with powerful DSP
Adopts PureBand crossover system with 24dB/oct Linkwitz-Riley filter. Any crossover point can be set every 1/12 oct in the range of 30Hz to 3kHz.
Filter types can be selected from no filter, low pass, high pass, and band pass.
■ Flexible input and output
Three types of input terminals are equipped: XLR, standard phone, and RCA. Input sensitivity can be selected from 1.4V and 0.775V.
Output terminals are equipped with Speakon and binding posts.
■ Balanced installation of necessary functions
Equipped with a backlit LCD display on the front panel. Including the indicator LED, it can be turned on/off by setting. In addition, a lock function that prohibits operation of the front panel is also available.
