Miditech MIDIFACE2-1x1 is a 1-input, 1-output, 16-channel MIDI interface.
It's class compliant, so no drivers are required for either Mac or Windows; simply connect the USB cable to use it.
In addition to MIDI input and output, it also has a through output, allowing you to connect to multiple MIDI devices.
