Approximately from your order 1-2 weeks later, the piano delivery company will contact you about the installation date.
At this timing, please contact us for your detailed requests such as time.

③ Shipping

On the adjusted date, delivery and installation work will be done.
Also, as a final confirmation, the piano delivery company will contact you again the day before, so please respond.

Ferries or air transportation If the area requires it, we may not be able to accept installation work.
