Astronaut V.2 is a multi-reverb that allows you to create a wide variety of spatial sounds. It has 11 types of reverb sounds built in, and a Tails function that leaves the final reverberation when bypassed. It allows you to create aggressive sounds.

・Gated: A simple, straight reverb with a gate applied
Reverb is only output while the guitar is playing.
The DECAY knob adjusts the gate threshold.
・Modulated: A reverb with deep modulation applied
The DECAY knob adjusts the modulation rate and reverb length.
・Skynet: A long, thick, cosmic reverb sound
・Mechanics: Creates an industrial tone.
The DECAY knob adjusts the reverb length and the delay time of a short, feedback-heavy delay.
・ShimUp: A classic shimmer reverb.
Each repeat is added with a sound one octave higher.
・ShimDown: Reverb with an octave down added.
　　Can create a massive, fat PAD reverb.
・ShimUpDown: Reverb with an octave above and below.
　　Can create an ambient tone.
・Major Arp: Reverb is applied to a random major scale arpeggio.
　　The DECAY knob adjusts the arpeggiator rate and reverb length.
・Octave Arp: Same controls as Major Arp, but adds an octave arpeggio.
・Ping-pong: A delay where the repeat is played in reverse after each repeat.
　　The DECAY knob controls the delay time.
・Hold: Works differently from the other algorithms.
　　When the effect is turned ON, it freezes the sound when you press the footswitch.
　　The DECAY knob adjusts the fade-in time.
In this mode, Tails is disabled and Detune mode is enabled/disabled instead. When the effect is turned on and the sound is frozen, you can set Detune with the switch. Detune is enabled in the up position. If you turn the switch down while Detune is applied, the sound at the time the switch was switched will be maintained. Detune can be extended infinitely, but it may create a very low-frequency sound. Be careful if your speakers do not support low frequencies.
■ Controls
・LEVEL: Adjusts the output level.
　　Unity gain is achieved at the minimum counterclockwise, and +10dB boost is achieved at the maximum clockwise.
・MIX: Adjusts the balance between the dry signal and the wet signal.
　　Full wet (kill dry) can also be set.
・DECAY: Adjusts the reverb length. The reverb length varies depending on the algorithm.
・Program: Selects the algorithm.
・Footswitch: Switches the effect ON/OFF.
・TAILS: Enables/disables Tails, which leaves a final reverberation when bypassed.
■Input Listening Mode
Enter Input Listening Mode by pressing the foot switch 10 times within 10 seconds of turning on the power. In this mode, the bypass signal is output when bypassed, but a loud reverb tail is output the moment it is turned on. When Input Listening Mode is enabled, the LED flashes quickly. When the flashing is slow, it is in normal mode. Tails is disabled in Input Listening Mode.
