Belle Epoch Deluxe is a delay pedal that reproduces the circuit of the Echoplex EP-3. Designed with a focus on the original circuit, it faithfully reproduces ""that sound.""

・All circuits are reproduced from the EP-3, including the 22-volt power rail, JFET preamp (late model), mixer stage, record/playback amp based on high-gain transistors, and feedback loop, and have been fine-tuned to match the original sound.
・The only difference from the original EP-3 is the record and playback heads, which use a 24-bit high-precision delay instead of tape.
・The 9V power supply is boosted to 27V internally to ensure stable operation of the original circuit.
・All through-hole parts are used, including Orange Drop 225P capacitors, carbon composition resistors, and germanium diodes.
■Controls
・ECHO PROGRAM: Select from 6 types of delay types.
・DEPTH: Sets the depth of modulation.
(The type of modulation applied varies depending on the ECHO PROGRAM.)

-RECORDLEVEL: Adjusts the strength of the hit on the tape when the original sound is recorded.
(Only affects the effect sound, does not change the dry sound.)

-ECHO VOLUME: Adjusts the echo sound.

-ECHO SUSTAIN: Adjusts the feedback of the delay signal.
(Controls the number of repeats by adjusting them from the minimum setting to around the center. From the center, the repeats continue infinitely, and can be set higher for further oscillation.)

-ECHO DELAY: Controls the delay time.
(Can be set in the range of about 80ms to 800ms.)

-EXP: Switches the control assigned to the expression pedal.
(Right position (D) controls the delay time, left position (V) controls the delay playback volume, rotary speed, and filter sweep. What is controlled at this time varies depending on the ECHO PROGRAM.)

-BYPASS: Switches between bypass and active of the effect.
(The bypass mode can be selected between true bypass and buffered bypass (Trails) which leaves a final reverberation with the internal slider switch)

-ECHO OSC: When turned ON, the delay feedback is increased, allowing it to oscillate temporarily. Turning it OFF returns it to normal.
(The operation can be adjusted with the internal trim pot.)
