ELECTRO-HARMONIX / STEREO POLYCHORUS

Electro Harmonix Stereo Polychorus is a chorus / flanger pedal known by Kurt Cobain and Adrian Belew. You can switch between four modes, including a deep chorus, rich flange sound, a double track that adds thickness to the sound, and a non-swaying flange "filter matrix" mode. If you use it in stereo, you can create a wider sound.
