A unique pedal-type MIDI controller that allows hands-free control of DAWs, guitar software, and hardware such as MIDI-compatible digital guitar amplifiers.

The heavy-duty chassis features 10 programmable LED footswitches, connectors for up to four external footswitches and two expression pedals, and four switching relays. With a single button press, you can send up to 16 MIDI commands and relay information, allowing you to instantly configure your setup. This new DAW/MIDI foot controller supports guitarists in all aspects of their workflow, from the studio to the stage.

- Comprehensive Programming Options
PACER's programming options are extensive. The most basic use is to use a footswitch to send MIDI messages or switch the state of a relay (a hardware switch). But that's not all. For example, you can start playback in your DAW, use one switch to send a program change, and use another to turn effects on/off or switch amp channels. PACER allows you to assign 16 MIDI commands and relay settings as a single preset, save them as up to 24 presets, and instantly recall them with a single switch.

It's a powerful pedal solution for controlling products like Line 6, Kemper Profiler, Fractal Audio AxeFX, and Avid Eleven Rack, for controlling your DAW while holding your instrument, or for advanced setups for stage performances.

DAW Control
With dedicated track and transport controls, PACER is truly a hands-free controller. In any MCU (Mackie Control Universal)-compatible DAW, transport presets allow you to control play, stop, record, rewind, fast-forward, and cycle/loop with your feet. Each switch features a large, easy-to-read RGB LED icon that indicates its current status. Most DAWs, including Ableton Live and FL Studio, are compatible with MCU.

Of course, Nektar Technology's proud ""DAW Integration"" allows you to pair PACER with a compatible DAW* for even more advanced integration, including track and patch selection, customizable LED color feedback, and more.
*Nektar DAW Integration supports Bitwig, Cubase, GarageBand, Logic, Nuendo, Reason, Reaper, and Studio One.

- Bitwig 8-Track included: The 8-track version of the DAW application, Bitwig 8-Track, is included. Start producing, performing, and sound design right away with your PACER (the full version of Bitwig is available as an upgrade for a fee).

- Includes the full version of the UVI Digital Synsations virtual instrument. This is a special edition available exclusively in Japan. It includes the full version of UVI's Digital Synsations virtual instrument, a digital synth collection that inherits the tones and textures of four iconic '90s synthesizers, including the KORG M1 and ENSONIQ VFX.
