【About warranty】
We will repair and adjust the instrument as much as possible for 3 years from the date of purchase, but we may charge shipping fees and a minimum labor fee for the following items.

Please contact us regarding repairs or maintenance beyond the warranty period.

- Repairs involving part replacement (felt, springs, screws, etc.)
- Cracked or broken body
- Breaks caused by lack of or insufficient maintenance due to the nature of the product
- Breaks caused by negligence on the part of the customer (bent keys, etc.)

Wind instruments are difficult to maintain, so it is not uncommon for instruments to be broken accidentally.
