[About the warranty]
We will repair and adjust the instrument as much as possible for three years after purchase, but shipping and a minimum labor fee may be charged for the following items.
In addition, please contact us for repairs and maintenance that exceed the warranty period.

- Repairs that require part replacement (felt, springs, screws, etc.)
- Cracked or broken body
- Breakdowns that occur because necessary maintenance was not performed or was insufficient due to the nature of the product
- Breakdowns that are determined to be the customer's fault (bent keys, etc.)
Wind instruments are difficult to maintain, so it is common for instruments to be broken accidentally.
- Peeling or discoloration of plating or paint caused by usage or environment
- Fitting adjustments and piston adjustments made 30 days after purchase
