PLAYTECH wind instruments are available for trial play at our Narita showroom.
Please contact us at least 3 days before your visit.
We ask that you bring or purchase a mouthpiece.

[About the warranty]
We will repair and adjust the instrument as much as possible for three years after purchase, but shipping and a minimum labor charge may be charged for the following items.
In addition, please contact us for repairs and maintenance that have exceeded the warranty period.

- Repairs that require part replacement (felt, springs, screws, etc.)
- Cracked or broken body
- Breaks that occur because necessary maintenance has not been performed or is insufficient due to the nature of the product
- Breaks that are attributable to customer negligence (bent keys, etc.)
Because wind instruments are difficult to maintain, it is common for instruments to be broken accidentally.
- Peeling or discoloration of plating or paint caused by usage or environment
- Fitting adjustments made 30 days after purchase, or pistons or slides stuck
