BAE / 1028 Module

This channel strip features a Carnhill transformer. Compared to the company's ""1073"" model, the Mid/High frequencies in the EQ section are designed to be higher, and it also includes a low-pass filter.

■Channel Strip

The 1023 is a fully hand-wired channel strip using Carnhill (St. Ives) transformers. It features the exact same mic/line preamps as the 1073, but with significantly higher frequencies in the Mid/High section. Not only does it offer more frequency settings, but the extended EQ section allows for direct manipulation of the mid-bell curve against overlapping highs/lows, enabling more musical sound shaping. The 1028 also includes a built-in low-pass filter, allowing for 28 frequency settings.
