In addition to the built-in sounds, original sample sounds can be freely assigned to the eight pads outlined by blue LEDs or to additional pads connected to the trigger jacks via an SD card. This unit can be incorporated into a drummer or percussionist's kit, used to play sound effects, or input to a MIDI sequencer, making it useful in a variety of situations.
