The ZOOM PCF-8 is a protective case designed specifically for the F8 multi-track field recorder. This lightweight and highly functional case allows you to operate the F8/F4 and connect/disconnect cables through the top, side, and bottom openings. It features a removable clear window cover to protect against rain and dust, allowing you to check the F8/F4's screen display and knob positions even with the cover closed.

The PCF-8 Protective Case for the F8/F4 offers the following features:
- Side sleeves with drawstrings protect from rain and dust while allowing input and output cables to be routed along the side of the F8.

- A removable, water-resistant cover with a clear window allows you to see the F8/F4 screen display (you can also store notes inside).

- An adjustable padded shoulder strap with three strap hooks for different carrying positions.

- The internal divider can be removed to accommodate different items and can also be used as a makeshift table for the F8.

- Front and side pockets for storing accessories.

- A Velcro-fastened flap on the bottom of the case allows connection to the BNC connector for timecode on the F8's rear panel and the connector for an optional microphone capsule.
