This is the latest DSD/DXD compatible headphone amplifier in the HUD series, which has gained great popularity as a pioneer of USB/DACs.

■ High-quality components are used to achieve high resolution and spatial reproduction, allowing playback of high-resolution audio sources up to 32-bit/384kHz.
■ Equipped with ESS's high-performance DAC ""ES9018K2M."" Native playback of DSD (2.8/5.6MHz) or DXD (352.8/384kHz) is possible without format conversion.
■ Two interchangeable op-amps allow you to customize the sound quality to your liking.
■ The op-amp is New Japan Radio's ""MUSES8920,"" designed specifically for HiFi audio. It delivers excellent balance, low distortion, and an excellent signal-to-noise ratio.
■ The headphone amplifier section is equipped with Texas Instruments' ""TPA6120A2."" While optimized for headphones with impedances of 300Ω or less by default, it can also be used with high-impedance headphones of 600Ω by changing an internal jumper.
