The ELECTRO-HARMONIX / Stereo Talking Machine is a unique filter pedal that creates a sound that sounds almost like a human is talking. It controls seven vowel filters, such as ""AH-OO"" and ""OW-EE,"" depending on the strength of your picking, creating a unique sound. It also features filters based on ELECTRO-HARMONIX's signature effects, Baseballs and Wah, providing a wide range of filter effects.

An ingenious pedal unique to Electro-Harmonix. The vowel filter changes depending on the strength of your picking, transforming your guitar sound into something that almost sounds like a human voice.
There are nine filter modes: seven human voice modes, including ""ah-oh"" and ""ow-ee,"" plus two modes simulating Electro-Harmonix's signature envelope filters: Baseballs and Wah.
Use Attack and Decay to adjust the onset and end of the filter sound, and Sensitivity to determine how it responds to picking strength. In the sound-shaping modes, you can adjust the volume, distortion tone and amount, and LFO speed and waveform.
The stereo design also includes an effects loop. Connect an EXP pedal to control the filter sweep, and nine presets are available.
