Dean Zelinsky: Founder of Dean Guitars and currently heads the Dean Zelinsky brand. From the 1970s to the present, Zelinsky's groundbreaking and innovative designs have been embraced by top guitarists around the world.

Of the many guitar manufacturers out there, only a handful have top-tier guitar craftsmen capable of actually laying out a blank canvas, designing the guitar, hand-carving the body, shaping the neck, and painting the body. Zelinsky began mastering guitar making and repair techniques in his teens, and founded Dean Guitars in 1976 at the age of 19. He had a profound influence on the rock scene and rock guitarists of the 1980s.

Today, Zelinsky continues to create guitars under his own brand, ""Dean Zelinsky,"" that skillfully combine tradition with ingenuity. These instruments truly embody the experience Zelinsky has accumulated over the past 36 years. With innovative and groundbreaking concepts like the ""Z-Glide"" neck and the ultra-thin single-cutaway Zenyatta, Zelinsky has further expanded the functional and design possibilities of the guitar.
