突然電源が切れた、その後修理の対応が悪い。

商品は良いのかもしれないが、使用中突然電源が落ちた。
ヒューズが切れたのかと思い、ヒューズボックスを探すが見当たらない。
サウンドハウスに問い合わせたところ「この商品は外部ヒューズボックスはない」との返答。
修理依頼をして商品を送って3週間以上経つが、未だ何の連絡もなし。
早急に対応するとのメールを信じていましたが…。
いずれにせよ、アフターサービスには力をいれないのがサウンドハウスの姿勢なのでしょうか？
