OYAIDE / OCB-1 SX V2

This is a four-port power strip from OYAIDE. It uses BlackMamba V2 cables. The cables, made with precision conductor 102 SSC, achieve high-power transmission and minimize sound quality degradation caused by line distortion. The case is made of a highly rigid PBT GF30% blended with carbon to reduce EMI noise. Additionally, reducing the contact area between the unit and the floor minimizes resonance with the installation location.

The ""OCB-1"" series has been a long-selling staple of Oyaide for over 30 years. The ease of use provided by its integrated cable, the wide variety of options to suit various situations, and its commitment to constant evolution are the reasons for its enduring popularity. Among the OCB-1 series' successors, the ""OCB-1 SX,"" released in 2008 with a natural sound concept, gained unwavering popularity as the new standard for power strips due to its overwhelming performance. However, in 2013, the end of supply of PCOCC-A conductors led to the depletion of the ""BLACK MAMBA"" direct-coupled cable. Unexpectedly, production of the ""OCB-1 SX"" was discontinued. However, in 2014, its lifeblood was passed on to the ""OCB-1 SX V2,"" featuring the precision conductor ""102SSC."" In order to inherit the carefully considered concept of the first-generation model, the ""OCB-1SX V2"" retains the same structure as the original model. The ""BLACK MAMBA V2"" with precision conductor ""102SSC"" is used for the direct-out cable, giving Oyaide a new and confident design. Please enjoy this masterpiece.

● While inheriting the basic structure of the original ""OCB-1 SX,"" the new ""OCB-1 SX V2"" power strip uses ""BLACK MAMBA V2"" with precision conductor ""102SSC"" for the direct-out cable.
● The cable exterior is covered with a PET mesh sleeve (black) to enhance vibration damping.
● An ""OCB-1 SX V2"" nameplate is affixed to the power plug to clearly indicate that it is a V2 model.
● The power plug is equipped with P/C-029 SPECIAL EDITION (mirror-buffed electrodes).
● The outlet is equipped with SWO-NT SPECIAL EDITION (mirror-buffed electrodes).
● The outlet/plug electrodes are not plated, embodying the original sound of the material.
● The outlet/plug electrodes are barrel-polished and then individually hand-buffed to a mirror finish by artisans.
● The case is made of a highly rigid engineering plastic ""PBT GF30%"" with carbon added to eliminate EMI noise.
● The case employs a monocoque structure, achieving a high rigidity design with a thickness of 4mm.
● The outlet is firmly fixed to a support pillar raised from the bottom of the case, quickly transmitting and attenuating vibrations to the case.
● 13mm diameter feet are provided on the four corners of the bottom of the case, reducing the contact area between the unit and the floor and suppressing resonance with the installation location.
● M4 screw holes are provided in the legs, allowing for screw-mounting of optional items (OSP-SC/OSPSS/OCB-BS/INS-BS).
