The long-awaited Thunderbolt connection model of UAD-2, a software and hardware system that lets you use effect plug-ins that simulate vintage outboard gear with almost no load on your computer, is now available.
UAD-2 plug-ins thoroughly analyze the original equipment, emulating it at the circuit level, from legendary outboard gear that is now hard to find to the latest popular outboard gear. The sound quality is recognized by the original analog equipment designers and is actually licensed and certified by the respective manufacturers. The lineup includes several variations based on the number of DPS chips installed and the type of included software, allowing you to choose the product that's best suited to your needs, from home studios to professional recording/mastering studios.

The ""CUSTOM"" plan allows you to choose three individual plug-ins of your choice, regardless of the license price, offering a value of up to over $1,000. For example, you can purchase plug-ins specialized for mastering, or EQs and tape simulators, depending on your needs. This is the most recommended product, especially if you're introducing a UAD-2 system for the first time.
