■CD Recorder

The CD-RW901MKII is a professional CD recorder that succeeds the TASCAM CD-RW901SL.
It employs the Asahi Kasei Microdevices AK4528VM for AD/DA conversion, which determines sound quality. The CD recorder section offers a wide range of features to meet various requirements. It also features a highly durable and reliable drive specifically designed for audio. This drive, capable of the detailed handling that only a proprietary in-house development can provide, features specially designed firmware to enable continuous recording without gaps during recording, something that is impossible with PC drives.
The audio circuit also boasts excellent performance, achieving a high frequency response of +/-0.8dB from 20Hz to 20kHz.
Compared to the CD-RW900MKII, the CD-RW901MKII boasts enhanced analog input and output terminals, as well as an external control terminal. Connecting two CD-RW901MKII units allows for overlapping recording. It also has an ISRC/RID code display function, making it useful as a check recorder/player in mastering studios.
