■Audio Interface

The RME MADIface XT is the world's first USB3-compatible, smallest portable audio interface capable of handling hundreds of audio channels. Furthermore, its USB 2.0 compatibility* and unique PCI Express port for connecting external PCI Express cards or Thunderbolt adapters ensure high compatibility and connectivity, offering cutting-edge interface technology that delivers maximum channel count and lowest latency in a single unit.

The MADIface XT offers two digitally controlled mic/line preamps, two balanced outputs, and one stereo phone output, making it a complete I/O suite for live or studio use. The possibilities are endless, from fully standalone operation with remote control via MADI to TotalMix FX, which offers unlimited mixing, routing, and processing.

For even more convenient desktop operation, the RME Advanced Remote Control (optional) can be connected to the MADIface XT for remote control.

*When connected via USB 2.0, data input/output with the computer is limited to 70 channels.

Fully compatible with Intel USB 3 (part of the chipsets currently available for Windows and Mac computers). USB 3 connectors connected via an internet cable (not directly soldered to the motherboard) may experience transfer errors. These errors will be displayed in the driver's Settings dialog.
