ZARENBOURG is a supreme product that embodies the ""magic"" that many keyboard players seek in an electric piano through modern technology.
At its heart are three sound engines. Physical modeling, designed to faithfully recreate the sound of vintage pianos, allows for flexible control of the sounding body's material, shape, and hammer movement. Direct streaming sample playback, perfect for creating acoustic grand pianos, clavinets, and orchestral sounds ideal for layering with piano, delivers realistic sounds with no loading time. It even features a genuine 6-operator FM synthesis engine for the brilliant FM piano synthesizer synonymous with the piano sound of the 1980s.

The sounds produced by these various sound engines can be further shaped to your liking in the high-quality effects section. The tremolo effect, which is well-suited to electric pianos, operates independently from the other effects sections. These sounds can be saved in seven factory presets and 21 user memories.

The built-in 2.1ch active monitor system was custom designed for the ZARENBOURG by EMES, a German company and ally of Waldorf. Players can concentrate on their performance in the sweet spot.

The keyboard is a perfectly balanced hammer-action keyboard made by Fatar, Italy. Neither too heavy nor too light, it provides an exquisite touch for fast and accurate playing.
