*6 When we provide repairs/support, we generally do not provide replacement units. We ask that you prepare your own spare unit. In the event of a malfunction, the unit will normally be treated as a repair, and a replacement will only be provided in the case of an initial defect, and will be handled at the discretion of our technical staff in accordance with our support regulations.
