※5 Fog machines may become unable to output fog if the heater unit becomes clogged. Clogging of the heater unit is not covered under warranty.
※6 We generally do not provide replacement units during repair or support service. Please prepare a backup unit if necessary. In case of malfunction, repairs will be handled under standard repair procedures. Replacement with a new unit is only available for initial defects, based on technical evaluation in accordance with our support policy.
