This entry-level reflection filter is designed for home recording. While its basic design is similar to that of the US-patented Reflextion Filter Pro, the reflective surface uses a single layer of polyester foam, just like the Project Studio Reflextion Filter. The material on the back of the filter and the stand mounting hardware have been improved for lighter weight and durability. It is designed to mount to the top of a straight microphone stand.

Note: Due to the new clamp, the angle of the filter itself cannot be adjusted (a straight microphone stand is recommended).
Note: The Reflexion Filter Music Stand cannot be used.
Note: Microphone and microphone stand are sold separately.
Note: For angled microphone recording, please use the higher-end Reflextion Filter Pro or Project Studio Reflextion Filter.

このご時世、ちょっと声録りにとスタジオのブースを借りにいくのも難しくなり、前から気になっていたリフレクションフィルターでしのごうと思い立ちました。
TAMAのかなり頑丈なブームスタンドに取り付けました。安定感や位置調整など問題ありません。Classic Proも検討しましたが、こちらの方が自由度が高そうです。
そして狙い通りデッドな録り音も実感できました。フィルターとマイク、口の距離にもよるかもしれませんが、情報密度の濃い声録りができるようになった気がします。
単一指向のラージダイアフラムマイクにおいては、マイクのキャラクターをより活かせるように思います。ただ、変な癖のあるマイクの場合、その癖がより強調されてしまう場合があるかもしれません。
