After 20 years of planning, Sonic's Hand Wound Pickups have finally arrived. With respect for vintage pickups, CEO Yutaka Takeda hand-wound each pickup. Using carefully selected materials, the entire process, from bobbin assembly to winding, magnetization, and potting, is carried out in-house.

Did you know that the bridge pickup in early Broadcasters was the most powerful single-coil pickup in the Telecaster family? Based on this, we've paired it with a neck pickup that's carefully balanced for power. It has a fresh feel despite its Telecaster nuances.
Just like the original, both magnets have the same polarity. The output signal phase is the same as the original from this period, and is in phase with Gibson humbuckers and other pickups.
