The ""CSA-2120""'s compact body allows for versatile installation. It can be installed in a small space, such as under the cash register or in the back room. Its natural air-cooling system eliminates fan-less cooling, resulting in extremely quiet operation, making it ideal for quiet spaces. Furthermore, rack-mounting brackets are included as standard, allowing a single CSA-2120 unit to be mounted in an EIA 1U space, or even when connected side-by-side with the matching transformer CST-2120. With a weight of just 1kg, the unit can be mounted on a shelf or wall using the rack-mounting brackets.

The CSA-2120 uses Euroblock input and output terminals. It also features RCA terminals for direct connection to CD players and other devices. Each RCA terminal has both left and right terminals. Inputting both left and right signals to one channel automatically mixes them into mono, making it convenient for driving mono systems such as ceiling speakers. It also features an auto-standby mode that automatically switches to standby mode when no signal is input. It uses power only when necessary, contributing to energy savings. Furthermore, it features a limiter to prevent signal clipping and protect the speakers, as well as a thermal protection circuit to prevent heat damage, making it safe for use in harsh environments.

The CSA-2120 is compatible with high-impedance speakers when used with the optional matching transformer CST-2120, enabling it to efficiently drive the sound systems of medium-sized stores. It also features a high-pass filter to prevent transformer saturation.
