In 1966, Sola Sound redesigned the original Tone Bender and created a new Tone Bender design. This is commonly known as the Tone Bender MK1.5. It features the famous Fuzz Face and a circuit inspired by the Vox Tone Bender. The 66 Bender faithfully recreates this brilliant design, delivering exquisite 60s fuzz tones with two hand-selected germanium transistors. The 66 Bender is highly touch-sensitive and boasts excellent volume tracking.
Beatles fans will recognize this classic fuzz as the fuzz sound featured in Rubber Soul's ""Think for Yourself.""
