For items that exceed the maximum size or weight specifications, please note the following:

   South Kanto	3days

   Kyushu	5days
   Okinawa	10days

2. No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.
3. Delivery time cannot be specified.
4. Item(s) will be handed to the customer at curbside. Please be advised that this service does not include unloading.
5. Please select a payment method other than COD for orders that include oversized item(s).
6. Regular-sized item(s) from the same order as the oversized item(s) will be shipped separately via regular delivery service.

*Please note that we may not be able to meet your requested delivery date before, after, and during consecutive holidays and New Year holidays due to the increase of shipments or traffic conditions.
