Woodwind instruments include ""ARMENIAN DUDUK,"" ""PERSIAN NEY,"" ""TURKISH NEY,"" and ""ZOURNA."" Legato, a characteristic and often difficult to master, as well as numerous other articulations, including vibrato and trills, can be switched in real time using velocity and key switches. Legato in particular uses samples of actual legato performances, allowing for exceptionally smooth phrasing. Up to six different legato types can be selected.

Also included are 21 sound textures created with themes of nature, such as ""desert,"" ""sky,"" and ""wind,"" as well as ancient history. Textures are constructed by layering up to six sounds, including pads, ambience, and noise, and the volume of each sound can be adjusted in real time to create an ever-changing sonic world.
