■Vintage Open Deck
The distinctive sound character of analog master tape remains sought after throughout the ages. Vintage Open Deck uses VCM technology to recreate the analog circuitry and tape characteristics of classic open-reel tape recorders, emulating the characteristics of four classic tape decks manufactured in the 1970s and 1980s. The four tape decks recreated are Swiss '70, Swiss '78, Swiss '85, and American '70. These can be selected independently for the recording deck and playback deck. Highly flexible parameter settings are also available for meticulous tape mastering work. In addition to tape speed, bias, EQ, distortion, and saturation characteristics, you can also choose between old and new tape conditions.
