The Portico 5033 plug-in is a five-band equalizer with LF/HF shelving and LMF/MF/HMF parametric. Its unique tone control characteristics allow you to tighten the low frequencies by turning down the lows, while raising the highs to enhance the necessary frequencies without irritating your ears. Each EQ band can be switched on/off (LMF/MF/HMF independently, LF/HF together), and the All Bypass button allows for easy A/B comparison. In addition to replicating analog hardware, the digital-only graphical user interface visually displays the EQ characteristics and allows you to adjust the frequency and gain values ​​by dragging the EQ points corresponding to each band with the mouse.

Supports a variety of formats, including VST
- Developed by Steinberg, VST is a technology that converts synthesizers, effects processors, and mixers, which previously only available in hardware, into software and reproduces them using the computer's CPU (native processing), allowing them to be connected within the computer. Currently, it is compatible with many music production and DAW software programs.

- It supports VST 3, VST 2.4 (Windows only), and AU formats (Mac only), and can be used with many DAW software programs, including Steinberg's DAW software ""Cubase"" and ""Nuendo.""
