DIGICOM / MIDI Ex.

DIGICOM/MIDI Ex. is a unit that can extend the MIDI standard's maximum distance of 15m by converting it into a balanced signal, achieving an extension of approximately 200m.

■MIDI Expansion Unit

*Theoretically, a distance of 1.2 km is possible, but this may not be possible depending on the cable type and environment.
*The manufacturer has confirmed operation up to 200 m using a CANARE A2C3 cable. (Operation is not guaranteed.)

■Interface

In addition to an easy-to-understand interface, this unit features a lightweight aluminum body and a compact design.

Its low heat generation allows it to be used in small, discreet locations.
