The MIDI Express XT USB is a professional-quality SMPTE (LTC) time code synchronizer that includes all the acclaimed features of MOTU MIDI interfaces, plus MIDI functions like a MIDI patch bay and merger, as well as a high-precision time code synchronizer.

Simply connect it to your computer via USB to enjoy stable MIDI transfer, versatile processing, and advanced synchronization.

The MIDI Express XT USB also functions as a professional-quality SMPTE (LTC) time code synchronizer. It supports and converts all frame rates (23.976, 24, 25, 29.97 drop, 29.97 non-drop, and 30). The acclaimed ""Jam Sync"" function, developed since the early days of MIDI sequencing, provides self-sustaining, dropout-free synchronization.

The MIDI Express XT USB supports MMC (MIDI Machine Control) and can operate as both an MMC master and slave device. It also allows MMC transport commands to be distributed to all connected MMC-compatible devices.

This is extremely useful when synchronizing multiple computers, sequencers, and recorders.

The front-panel footswitch is convenient for remotely controlling specific MIDI information using a foot pedal. For example, you can use it to switch the sounds of a synthesizer or sound module with your foot during a live performance.

The MIDI Express XT USB is designed specifically for USB transfer, ensuring stable MIDI transfer with sub-millisecond timing accuracy. It also supports hot swapping and plug-and-play, allowing you to connect to your computer whenever needed.
