アンプシミュレーターとの相性が良い！

■使用方法・機材：
ギター：ESP SNAPPER全般
アンプ：Kemper Stage
ライブで使用。
　
■使用理由：
20年ほど前、Hughes&KettnerやMarshall使用時期に本製品を使っていたことがあり、現機材で試してみたくなり購入。
当時はあまり好みの音ではなかったこと（音作りにおいて自分の実力不足です）も惹かれた理由の一つです。
　
ライブでは基本的にギターワイヤレスを使っており、どの場面でも使いやすいストレートフォン-L型フォンの本モデルを選びました。
　
■使用感想：
20年ぶりの印象は「あらら？めちゃくちゃいいかも・・・」でした。
Hughes&KettnerやMarshallを使っていた頃は中域を太く意識していたこともあり、本製品によって過多になっていた印象でしたが、現機材であるKemperやプラグインでは旨味のような帯域がグッと持ち上がる印象があります。
　
音質としてはシルキーで艶々な中高域、太く締まりのある低域、高域は明瞭ですが主張し過ぎず非常に扱いやすいです。
とはいえ個性的な音色ではあるので、アンプやピックアップによっては煌びやか過ぎる場合もありますが、ギターらしい弾いていて楽しくワクワクするような魅力を持っています。
　
今お使いの機材の音色を淡白に感じていたり、旨味や少しの味付けが欲しい方にオススメです。
　
■補足：
印象が良過ぎてレコーディング用に3m（LS）も購入しました。

Jazz Guitarに良いです

様々な聴き比べサイトや、ユーザー評価を参考に吟味した結果、サウンドハウスさんに注文しました。
フルアコで使用していますが、うたい文句どおりに、太くふくよかでいて、高音もクリアなサウンドです。スイッチクラフト製プラグも精度が高く全体的に満足しています。
ただ、ケーブルの表面が普通のゴム質ですので、まとわりつきます。私はJazz使用ですので気にしませんが、Rockライブなど動きのあ場面では多少ストレス感じるかもです。
