■Cut from 4-ply material with a mint green backing. While the color and depth differ from the original celluloid, this is the most beautiful material currently available. While the template is for the current Fender USA model, it also closely matches Fender Japan models. Screws are included. This relic finish is expertly crafted by skilled artisans.
■The Retrovibe parts series features custom parts brimming with retro flair, crafted by skilled relic artists using current metal and synthetic resin parts. Recommended for a wide range of users who want to dress up their guitars in a relic style, regardless of the specific production year or specifications. -外観-
まず、3プライと表記してありますが4プライです。
表面の色は画像と同様で、全体的に目の細かい傷がつけられていて使用感が出されています。
外周に薄くブラウン系の着色がしてあり4プライの白い部分が経年変化でやけた感じに仕上がってます。
フィンガーレスト部分は画像では少し変形湾曲した感じに見えますが、実物はケガキ針でつけたような傷がついているだけです。
-取り付け-
Fender Japan JazzBass62FLに取り付けました。
ピックアップの位置に合わせると、ネックエンド側・コントロールプレート側ともに合いませんでしたので両側を削って取り付けました。
自分のベースはもともとピックガードが付いていなかったのでビス穴の位置は考えなくてよかったのですが、ピックガード交換の場合は無加工での取り付けは厳しいかと思います。
取り付け後は、それなりに雰囲気がでて良い感じです。
