■The ""NanoMag"" pickup combines an air coil, samarium-cobalt alloy magnet, and active circuitry in a minimal space. Protected by epoxy resin, the silver-platinum shielding, combined with the active electronics, produces a low-impedance, hum-free signal. Its wide frequency response captures harmonics and subtle nuances that ordinary magnetic pickups cannot capture.
