If any of the following conditions apply, the warranty will not apply and repairs will be charged.

- Repairs requiring part replacement (pads, cork, felt, springs, screws, etc.)
- Cracked or broken instrument body
- Damage caused by insufficient or necessary maintenance due to the nature of the product
- Damage caused by customer negligence (bent keys, etc.)
Wind instruments are difficult to maintain, so it's not uncommon for instruments to be damaged unexpectedly.
