The Black TUSQ XL series' black material complements the design of your instrument.
The TUSQ XL series maintains correct tuning longer than any other synthetic resin nut, such as graphite or plastic. It also produces a crystal-clear tone, resulting in improved sustain. The fact that TUSQ XL is used by guitar manufacturers worldwide is a testament to its reliability.
When the string vibrates, TUSQ XL releases Teflon micromolecules. TUSQ XL, coated with these molecules, minimizes string friction and reduces tuning errors. These Teflon molecules are released from the nut, so they never disappear and maintain their lubricating effect.
