The PN-8220-00 is a PRS Ghost tremolo model featuring a piezo pickup mounted on a Stirring Saver saddle. The output from the piezo pickup is naturally compressed to reduce unwanted attack noise and produce a balanced sound across all strings.

String Saver dramatically improves string breakage resistance and sustain compared to metal saddles.
String Saver creates a thin Teflon film as the string moves and vibrates against the saddle. This acts as a lubricant, preventing the string from being excessively fixed against the saddle and spreading the stress that tends to be concentrated in one spot over a wider area. This reduces string breakage. String Saver saddles produce a deep, crisp sound, similar to that of a vintage steel saddle, resulting in improved sustain.
The Ghost Saddle Pickup features a piezo pickup mounted on a Stirring Saver saddle, capturing sound directly from the guitar strings. Its output is naturally compressed to reduce the attack noise common with piezo pickups, providing a balanced output for all strings.
