If any of the following conditions apply, the warranty will not apply and repairs will be charged.

- Repairs involving part replacement (pads, cork, felt, springs, screws, etc.)
- Cracked or broken body
- Failures caused by insufficient or missing maintenance due to the nature of the product
- Failures attributable to customer negligence (bent keys, etc.)
