Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to a performance by Teenage Engineering’s “Choir.” Featuring dual tweeters, dual woofers, dual passive radiators, and dual amplifiers, this system delivers a well-balanced stereo sound with powerful, deep bass and crisp, dynamic mid-to-high frequencies.

■Behind the Scenes of the Choir
Each puppet is pre-programmed with a repertoire of famous musical pieces.
These programs are based on algorithms rooted in counterpoint, allowing two or more melodies played simultaneously to interact in a way that is both independent and complementary.
Consequently, playing all the puppets at the same time creates a unique harmony.

■Tap, Tap, and Tilt
Sensors inside the speaker modules react to vibrations and movement, allowing you to control the choir while playing. Lightly tapping the doll’s head or the table plays or pauses the music, and tilting the doll left or right adjusts the volume.

■Introducing the Ensemble
The dolls, inspired by cultures and characters from around the world, each have their own unique vocal timbre.
Although their voice types differ, a single doll can customize its vocal range to perform dynamic solo performances. Furthermore, when multiple choir members are placed together, they communicate with one another to create beautiful harmonies, regardless of the combination.

Handcrafted from solid beech wood and carefully finished with hard wax oil. The internal speaker module is removable and rechargeable.
Each figure contains a magical speaker module that also functions as a CPU and BLE transmitter. A single charge provides up to 4 hours of performance.

■When used in conjunction with the OP-1 Field, choir opens up a whole new world of possibilities.
Connect the OP-1 Field, OP-Z, a Bluetooth-enabled MIDI keyboard, or the Ortho Remote to conduct the choir wirelessly.
Just like in a live performance, each set delivers a one-of-a-kind experience.
