Designed to be placed alongside compact instruments such as the volca series, the NTS-4 is ideal for small-scale hardware setups that require a dedicated performance mixer. With a total of 6 channels (4 stereo, 2 mono), it allows you to easily integrate synthesizers, drum machines, modular synthesizers, and more into a single, streamlined system.

The internal attenuator allows you to select between line level and modular level by switching the jumper pins. You can connect directly to a Eurorack system using the mono input. (*During assembly, you must set the jumper pin position to either line level or modular level.) Furthermore, it is equipped with dedicated stereo SEND/RETURN jacks, making it easy to incorporate your favorite external effects units.

The main output uses standard phone jacks to ensure reliable connections in any environment. The NTS-4 simplifies complex routing and eliminates messy cable tangles, allowing users to focus on performance and sound design without worrying about managing their setup.

■Freely Control Your Sound for Performances Just the Way You Want Them

The NTS-4 features two independent stereo effects engines designed for performance and sound shaping. Each channel features a SEND knob for adjusting effects such as delay, reverb, and chorus. Additionally, the main output is equipped with the “TOTAL FX” engine, which polishes the entire mix with processing such as filters, modulation, drive, and compression to create a cohesive sound.

Each channel also features a CUE button and a MUTE button. The CUE system allows you to preview the sound individually through headphones before sending it to the mix, while the MUTE button lets you instantly cut the sound or create dramatic breaks. With these intuitive controls, the NTS-4 offers unmatched advantages for live performances and real-time mixing.

The NTS-4 features a USB Type-C connection, making it a perfect fit for modern music production and streaming workflows. It supports not only USB bus power but also AC adapter power. The USB-C connection enables high-quality 48 kHz / 24-bit digital audio transfer between the unit and a PC, Mac, or mobile device. You can seamlessly mix hardware and software sources, or record high-quality audio and video of your performance directly to a smartphone.

In addition to audio, it supports USB MIDI, serving as a bridge between the digital and analog worlds. It can receive MIDI messages from a DAW and control hardware via its dedicated MIDI OUT port.
