*This product has a matte (non-glossy) finish. While you can enjoy the texture of the matte finish, there are fine irregularities in the paint to reduce light reflection. Therefore, scuff marks that occur when the mug comes into contact with other objects during transport or use are more visible compared to other finishes.

In most cases, scuff marks disappear after washing, so please wash the mug once if there are any scuff marks before use.

*Cooling performance refers to the temperature of the water after filling the product with cold water up to the bottom edge of the lid at a room temperature of 20°C ± 2°C, and leaving it upright with the lid on for one hour, starting from when the water temperature is 4°C ± 1°C.
