マイクを口元に近づけたい。でも、大きなブームアームをデスクに取り付けるのはちょっと大げさ…。そんな悩みにちょうどいいのが「Wave Desk Stand」です。一見すると卓上マイクスタンドですが、一般的な固定式スタンドとは違い、アームを動かしてマイクの高さや距離を細かく調整できるのが特徴。ブームアームの自由度と卓上スタンドの手軽さをうまく組み合わせたような製品です。

特に便利なのが、デスクへのクランプ固定が必要ないこと。約1.88kgのウェイト付きベースをそのまま机に置いて使用するため、天板の形状や厚みに左右されにくく、使いたい場所へ移動させるのも簡単です。普段はデスクでゲーム配信、別の日はテーブルでポッドキャストやビデオ会議、といった使い方にも柔軟に対応できます。

可動範囲は水平方向216mm、垂直方向411mm。アームとヘッドの角度を調整できるため、マイクをただ机の上に立てるよりも、自分の姿勢に合わせて口元へ近づけやすくなっています。マイクは口元との距離で音の拾い方が大きく変わるので、「マイクを良い位置に置く」というシンプルなことを快適にできるのは、実際の配信やボイスチャットでも大きなメリットです。
