■Materials and Composition Ratio
・Generally, due to cost considerations, the purity of tin in solder is limited to around 99.9% (3N). However, in "SS-47," the purity of tin is further increased, and impurities are eliminated to the greatest extent possible. It uses high-purity tin of over 99.993% (4N). Furthermore, silver and copper are blended in order to improve conductivity and prevent solder "erosion." While the silver content ratio in ordinary silver-containing alloy solder is around 3-3.5%, "SS-47" generously incorporates a high content of 4.7%. In addition, 1.7% copper, which boasts the second highest conductivity after silver, is blended in. This optimal blend ratio dramatically increases conductivity.

Even with a 40W soldering iron, it penetrates smoothly in just a few seconds, enabling reliable soldering. Furthermore, its eutectic point of 217°C ensures extremely smooth melting and solidification, resulting in quick and stable bonding. This minimizes thermal damage to surrounding materials, allowing you to complete the work efficiently. ■High-Quality Sound
• Alternating current has the property of concentrating current density on the surface of the conductor. This is called the "skin effect," and is particularly pronounced in the high-frequency range. SS-47, being a eutectic solder, features a stable crystal structure during solidification, resulting in a smooth joint surface. This smoothness suppresses minute electrical influences caused by unwanted irregularities and inhibits the increase in parasitic capacitance. As a result, it minimizes distortion during signal transmission.
