■ About AI Credits for Generative Kits

To use each function of the ""Generative Kit"" (Inspire Me, Add Layer, Music Enhancer, etc.), AI credits are required. However, these AI credits are limited in terms of ""monthly usage"" and ""duration of granting.""

Even if you purchase a perpetual ACE Studio license, you can use the ACE Studio application itself indefinitely, but the same applies to the AI ​​credits in the Generative Kit.

* Monthly usage: Approximately 330 minutes (Artist version) / Approximately 660 minutes (Artist Pro version)

* Period during which credits are provided free of charge: 2 years from the product registration date

Upon purchasing and registering ACE Studio, ""AI credits"" will be added to your account monthly. These credits are consumed when using each function of the Generative Kit. The number of credits provided and the number of credits consumed for each function are as follows:

● Provided credits (2 years)

* ACE Studio Artist: 2,500 credits (per month) → The manufacturer estimates this to be approximately 330 minutes.

* ACE Studio Artist Pro: 5,000 credits (per month) → The manufacturer estimates this to be approximately 660 minutes.

For two years from the product registration date, credits will be automatically granted monthly, up to a maximum of 2,500/5,000 credits respectively. Please note that unused credits will not be carried over to the following month.

Furthermore, the period during which the above credits are granted free of charge is ""two years from the product registration date,"" and after two years, the free granting will stop. An active subscription is required to continue receiving credits.

As stated above, the ""Basic/Professional"" versions of the Stem Splitter do not consume credits, so they can be used free of charge even after two years have passed. Furthermore, features other than Generative Kits (e.g., Vocal Synth, AI Instruments, Voice Changer, Audio to MIDI, etc.) do not consume AI credits and can be used in the same way.

If you wish to continue using Generative Kit features after two years have passed and the monthly free credit recovery has ended (if you wish to use additional credits), you will currently need to subscribe to a separate ""Standard Subscription"" on the manufacturer's website. Please understand this.
