The TUSQ XL series maintains accurate tuning longer than any synthetic resin nut made from graphite or plastic. It also delivers a crystal-clear tone, resulting in improved sustain. TUSQ XL's adoption by guitar manufacturers worldwide is proof of its high reliability.
When strings vibrate on TUSQ XL, Teflon micro-molecules are released. These molecules coat the TUSQ XL, minimizing string friction and reducing tuning instability. Furthermore, since these Teflon molecules are released from the nut, they do not disappear or wear away, ensuring the lubricating effect is sustained continuously.
