Batumi II is a 4-channel oscillator that goes beyond a simple quadruple LFO, featuring advanced voltage control and tempo synchronization.

Each channel can operate independently or synchronize with others in multiple modes, enabling flexible modulation design. Twelve waveforms can be used simultaneously, with variable phase offset and frequency dependency ratios. It functions as a powerful, versatile modulation hub at the core of any modular patch.

Despite being a digital module, the output waveforms are smoothed by an adaptive analog filter after anti-aliasing processing, resulting in virtually no digital noise character. Batumi II is a second-generation model that significantly evolves the original Batumi. It retains the chassis shape and control layout while completely redesigning the internal circuitry with modern components. It offers greatly enhanced expressive capabilities, including an extended range with audio-rate V/oct tracking, new frequency multiplication modes, and additional waveforms including two types of random waveforms.

Expandability
The Batumi II is a highly refined device that integrates the primary control functions traditionally handled by the Poti expander into the main unit. However, to implement new features that could not be accommodated within the limited 10HP space, the new optional expander, Poti II, is available. Using Poti II enables voltage and signal attenuation, per-channel ASGN waveform selection, and CV-controlled waveform morphing, adding further expressiveness and operability.
